Jason B. Nelson, DDS
Dr. Jason Nelson grew up in the mountains of Roosevelt, UT. He attended Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo and graduated with a degree in Japanese. He continued his dental education at The Ohio State University. Since then, Dr. Nelson has been practicing dentistry in Arizona for more than 10 years. He continues to focus on his education and professional training to provide his patients the best in dental care, including an emphasis on continuing education in cosmetic and surgical dentistry.
Dr. Nelson is the proud father of five beautiful children, and has been married to Sarah, the love of his life since 2006. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and riding horses.
Dr. Nelson also enjoys being active in sports. Although he is semi-retired from his basketball and football leagues, he loves coaching his children’s basketball and flag football teams.
An active member in both his church and various non-profit organizations, Dr. Nelson is always involved in community service in some capacity and feels that giving back is very important to having balance in his life.

Eva Wszolek, DMD
Dr. Eva has always had a passion for art, science, and helping others; because of this she knew that dentistry was the perfect fit for her. She graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry with her doctorate and immediately began utilizing her creative and technical skills on a daily basis. Now she finds joy in building meaningful relationships with her patients and loves to see patient transformations and how they make a difference in their lives. She is dedicated to ensuring you feel comfortable and cared for at your visits with her.
Her passion for dentistry doesn’t stop at the office, Dr. Eva also provides free dental care to underserved populations. In the past she has traveled to Riobamba, Ecuador with MedLife where she gave back to communities in need. She also previously donated her services to the homeless population in Chicago.
When Dr. Eva has free time, she can be found soaking up the Arizona sunshine with her husband and their Shih Tzu, Summer. She loves to explore the great outdoors by going on hikes and traveling to new places. When she isn’t pursing outdoor activities, you can also find her in the kitchen trying out new recipes!
