Jemma, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jemma moved here from the Philippines when she was 12 years old with her mother and younger siblings. Due to the poor dental health in the Philippines, Jemma was inspired to go into the dental field. After high school, she received her dental assisting certificate. This was just a stepping stone to her final goal which was to be a dental hygienist. Jemma has been working as a dental hygienist for the last 9 years, her biggest reward comes from educating her patients and helping them see that a healthy mouth leads to healthy body.
Jemma is a proud parent to a daughter and son. When she is not with her kids or at work she is outside. Her outdoor passions include hiking, biking, kayaking, trail running, camping, and fishing. She also enjoys music and attending live concerts.
